A local builder’s neighborhood
SJV Homes, a local Central Valley builder, opened Bella Vista in 2018 on Madeline Drive in Hanford. The builder’s own materials describe detached single-level homes with floor plans from roughly 1,900 to 3,200 square feet on lots averaging about 9,000 square feet and reaching much larger. That single-story layout on a spacious lot is what draws many of my clients here.
The everyday setting
The builder places Bella Vista close to downtown Hanford with quick access to Highway 198, and within the Sierra Pacific and Pioneer school districts. I would confirm the school assignment for your specific address with the districts, and I encourage you to drive your own daily routes at the hours you would actually use them.
The details I would confirm
On a home of this era I would review the builder’s original specifications, any upgrades, and the home’s current condition and records with you. The map uses an approximate reference point near Madeline Drive and Cortner Street, not the neighborhood’s boundaries.
