SJV Homes has announced two new neighborhoods, Mirabella and Estrella, planned for the northwest corner of 12th Avenue and Fargo Avenue in Hanford. The builder says Mirabella is expected in mid 2027, and both neighborhoods have interest lists open for buyers who want early updates.
