My Hanford guide
The Pinnacles
I keep coming back to The Pinnacles for the way its homes are built: generous floor plans, tall ceilings, oversized windows, and light that moves through the house.
- Generous floor plans and ceiling heights
- Oversized windows and natural light
- Near Pioneer Middle School
Why these homes hold my attention
The Pinnacles holds some of my favorite Lennar homes ever built. Large floor plans, sprawling ceiling heights, large lots, oversized windows, multiple fireplaces, and tons of natural light: those are the details I notice first, and they are the details that change how a house feels at the end of an ordinary day. When we walk one together, I help you watch how the light moves through the rooms at the hour you would actually be living in them.
The setting around it
The neighborhood sits at Flint and Douty, near Pioneer Middle School, which the Pioneer Union Elementary School District lists at 101 West Pioneer Way. That shapes the everyday rhythm of a household: the school run, the walk to the corner, the route you take when you leave town. I would confirm the boundary and school assignment for your specific address with the district rather than assume it from the neighborhood name.
A location, not a boundary
The map uses a reference point at Flint and Douty, not a claimed boundary. I would confirm the exact address, lot, and upkeep history of an established home with you before a visit, and I would look closely at the systems and records the property carries.
Does this setting feel like home?
I would love to hear what matters to you in a Hanford home. Together, we can look at the setting, the property, and the practical details of your next move.
